The short version

Little Neighbors is a game. Play it, enjoy it, don't use it to do anything harmful. Your characters live on your device — they're yours.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Little Neighbors on your devices. The game, its code, art, and content remain our intellectual property.

Your content

Your game state (characters, relationships, dwelling data) is stored on your device. We don't claim ownership of your saved game. If you share character data with nearby devices through the visit feature, you consent to that exchange.

Purchases

Expansion packs and cosmetic content are one-time purchases. We will never retroactively paywall content you already have access to. Refunds are handled through your platform's store (Apple, Google, Steam).

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the game or its assets. Don't use the nearby discovery feature to harass or track other players.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
